Draft, to be reviewed by counsel
Privacy policy
Last updated 23 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Sarh processes and why. It is a draft placeholder and is not yet in force.
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), the data your developer records about units, reservations, contracts, payments and commissions, and technical data such as sign-in times and IP addresses used for security and audit.
2. How we use it
To run the service for your developer, secure accounts, send notifications you or your developer set up (in-app, email, SMS, WhatsApp), and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
3. Who we share it with
Your developer, and service providers that host or deliver parts of the service (cloud hosting, messaging, payment providers), under contracts that protect the data. Developers never see each other's data.
4. Sensitive data
National IDs, phone numbers and bank details are masked in lists and only shown to roles that need them. Files are stored privately and shared only through short-lived links.
5. Retention
Financial and contractual records are kept for as long as the law and your developer's agreement require. Records are never hard deleted; corrections are made by adding new records.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see or correct your personal data. Because your developer controls its workspace, we will usually pass your request to them. Contact details are below.
7. Support access
Openner Global staff can view a developer's workspace only when that developer's admin grants time-limited access. Every such view is logged.
